With over 10 years of experience as a consultant for major infrastructure projects and leading domestic companies, she has been involved in initial project planning and implementation, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication.
In 2011, she collaborated with McKinsey to conduct the initial planning for the “New Railway” project. This involved developing a comprehensive master plan, organizational structure, project timeline, War room, and control systems in collaboration with McKinsey’s consulting team.
Khuslee also worked with Seabury Aviation Consulting to implement the structural reorganization of MIAT Mongolian Airlines. This project entailed creating a five-year comprehensive management plan, engaging stakeholders, and liaising with government agencies and ministries.
Beyond national infrastructure projects, she has worked on various private sector projects across different industrial sectors. My roles included developing comprehensive strategic plans, reorganizing companies, and preparing project management manuals, successfully leading my consulting team.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from SRH Hochschule in Germany and an MBA from National University in California, USA.
